I had the pleasure of renting from Carrerou Enterprises, LLC., which is a family-owned and operated property management company that was a dream to deal with. I’ve rented from Carrerou for two years now. Everyone in this company is an absolute delight. They are kind, personable, attentive and caring. I’ve had an excellent experience, highly recommend.
I have been renting from Carrerou Enterprise for 3 years and I love it. Whenever I have a problem, which has been few, they always fix it for me right away and Lori is an excellent person who I really recommend if you have any concern. I don't have a single complaint.
Horrible company to rent from, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they are very stuck up and do not care about anyone but theirselves as long as they’re making their money on their rental properties! They definitely aren’t compassionate and don’t seem to care about their tenants and I have seen them treat their employees the same way!
