Amy and the other employees went above and beyond to help my mother and me when my mother needed to have three rings resized. Because my mother is mostly wheel-chair bound, she needed a bit of extra care in the transaction, and Amy went out of her way to be accommodating in her service — even coming outside to my car so that my mother would not have to be transported in her wheelchair to get her needs tended to.
