Terrible Experience with Carrera Motors Nunawading Hi, I’m Sam. My Mazda CX-9 was stolen and recovered, and my insurance company sent it to Carrera Motors Nunawading for repairs. Terrible Service – Avoid Carera Motors! I have had the worst experience with Carera Motors. My car has been with them for three months, and every time I ask for an update, they just say, “It will be ready next week.” But guess what? That week never comes! They keep making false promises and giving excuses instead of actually fixing the car. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for customers’ time. Where do I begin? Fair warning, this is a long one. I was unfortunate enough to have my car sent here by my insurer. 5 months later I finally have it back again, but I'm left astonished by the complete lack of care or professionalism shown by this company. After assessing the car, Carrera decide it needs a new motor. Sure, OK, you're the experts. After a week or 2 of no contact, I call for an update - this would be the norm going forward.
