They are simply telling lie. My insurance company sent me to these beginners who cheated me. They charged the insurance a lot of money however, didn't fix my car after a long delay. They told me that they have fixed the car but they didn't. This is real cheating of insurance and me. Never waste your time and money with them. They also use your car. My car was very clean and lower odeometer when I dropped it off and received a very very dirty car with hundreds of kilometres gone which is weird.
Don't mistake to give them your car. Very unprofessional without integrity and commitment. They just simply telling lie. I hope to have the option of zero for rating but unfortunately I need to give them 1 star
Same story as everyone, takes 5+ months to see your car, worst work you could imagine. Gave my car back with still the same problem it went in with, a bent steering rack also gave my car back with a slightly different colour bumper which is falling off and my guards have already fallen off stay away

Terrible Service – Avoid Carera Motors! I have had the worst experience with Carera Motors. My car has been with them for three months, and every time I ask for an update, they just say, “It will be ready next week.” But guess what? That week never comes! They keep making false promises and giving excuses instead of actually fixing the car. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for customers’ time.
