To All Tile Contractors: do not refer Clients to Carrera marble. Frank is unethical and will try to convince your client to use him to instead of you. Homeowners: A couple of my friends have used Carrera marble in the past and said it was the worst decision they’ve ever made. It’s no wonder Carrera Marble has a 3.8 rating.
Great shop! Would highly recommend. Exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. May not be the norm, but they measured one day, and installed two days later. Installation crew was professional and experienced. Will use them for any stone work I have in the future.
I needed my kitchen counter cut to fit a slide-in oven. Frank and his men came out and helped bring the oven inside off the pallet, assessed it and made the cut. We had a fitment problem that related to the cabinets being out of whack (not Frank's doing) so the guys had to come back to trim but everything worked out fantastic. I needed plumbing and electrical and Frank pointed me to two excellent guys as well. Clean, neat, courteous!
Our designer has worked with Frank for years and recommended this place. They have a beautiful selection of stone and we found just what we were looking for. Frank is an artist; he's short on small talk, takes his time, calls you back only when he's ready, and does beautiful work. We used him to fabricate stone for our fireplace hearth and also our kitchen slab (which we purchase elsewhere). Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Absolutely gorgeous, massive attention to detail. Like I said, the man is an artist.
