The car was barely cleaned, and after collecting it we discovered it had been unnecessarily jump-started, resulting in an engine warning light and fault codes that were not there before. The staff and manager Rimmi denied responsibility and the manager was dismissive and unapologetic. Got a voucher for the most expensive wash. Man insisted I needed to pay $15 more to get the full interior done. Seemed like a scam. Quality of the wash was average. I’m needed to spend time fixing when I got home.

The team at Carrera Carwash always clean my car really well both inside and outside. I have been having my cars cleaned here for years and I keep coming back because the service is great.
