I rented from Anchorage Car Rental because I didn't feel comfortable renting from Avis with a "mystery" car. I wasn't very sure about this rental because it wasn't a name brand, but I didn't have one problem!! This business didn't care that our early flight got cancelled and that was going to put us into Anchorage late (11:30p). Mr. Ali saved our trip! He was able to accommodate us with incredibly short notice with a perfect, reliable car! He dropped it off at our Airbnb at our requested time and picked it up at the airport at our requested time! I could not have asked for a better experience! This is the largest SUV rental in the entire state. I came to Anchorage to visit the great Alaska and needed a truck for my travels. I couldn’t find a rental anywhere! I started calling all over the place and panicked. This summer, everyone was overbooked. However, when I called Mr. Ali, he did not disappoint me.
