Excellent service including pivoting our originally reserved car to a much better match last minute!
Great service and vehicle carried us over 1900 miles with no issues. Picked us up at the airport and picked up the vehicle as scheduled. Very nice people.
Very good service and helpful. I got the Toyota Highlander and it was great for the trip. Very spacious for 4 people. Definitely will use them again when I go back to Alaska.
Avoid this company. We rented a vehicle directly from Anchorage Car Rental for over $400 USD. One hour before pickup, we were informed that the vehicle we had booked was no longer available and were given a replacement vehicle instead. Unfortunately, the replacement vehicle was in poor condition. Every time the car started, multiple warning messages appeared, including power steering and tyre monitoring system faults.
