We had outstanding service recently from Anchorage Car Rental. They brought the car to us when we arrived in Anchorage and met us at the airport to pick up the car the day we departed. Plus, a few days into our trip when we didn’t need the car because of a train and boat excursion, they picked up our vehicle from our hotel and brought it back to us 2 days later when we returned to Anchorage. The initial rental was for a specific type of car. Upon arrive that specific car was not available. However, a replacement vehicle was made available to us that satisfied our needs. Great customer service!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. Customer service was rude and condescending, and they couldn’t handle even simple requests. They refused to acknowledge any fault and did not provide a full refund when it was clearly warranted, instead keeping a fee. If you’re looking to support a family business, look elsewhere. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience.
