Easy to work with. It was the only company that would guaranteed studded tires. The way they picked up and meet you at the airport terminal was fantastic. I will be a regular customer
We rented the Highlander over Christmas. Ali made sure we had the snow tires. He waited outside the airport after our plane landed. The car was nice and warm when we finally got our luggage. If we ever need to rent a vehicle again, we will be calling again for sure.

I rented from Anchorage Car Rental because I didn't feel comfortable renting from Avis with a "mystery" car. I wasn't very sure about this rental because it wasn't a name brand, but I didn't have one problem!! This business didn't care that our early flight got cancelled and that was going to put us into Anchorage late (11:30p). They just told us to call when we got there and they would get the vehicle to us. Mr. Ali saved our trip! He was able to accommodate us with incredibly short notice with a perfect, reliable car! He dropped it off at our Airbnb at our requested time and picked it up at the airport at our requested time! I could not have asked for a better experience! When I come back to Alaska, he will absolutely be my only choice for a car rental! Thank you, Mr. Ali!
