If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurse Jose is one of the rudest people I have encountered. I knocked on her door to simply let her know that myself and my child have arrived for our 9 am appt since I saw the last customer left. She answered the door aggressively and said “what is it” and said she’s busy and slammed the door in my face. She later proceeded to come and get me for my appt and instead of being polite again she rudely approached me. Ce matin j'ai été témoin d'une dame qui était tellement impatiente, qu'elle a frappé dans la fenêtre de l'infirmière (alors qu'il y avait une affiche disant d'attendre, qu'une consultation était en cours).
