Very poor experience overall. I drove over an hour to see a specific vehicle I was ready to buy, only to be left waiting for more than an hour and never even shown the car. During that time, the sales staff were on their phones and chatting with each other with no updates or sense of urgency, which felt like a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time. I ended up leaving without seeing the vehicle and would not recommend this dealership.

Très bon service de mon vendeur James, mention spéciale également pour le directeur des ventes M. Guindon un véritable chic type mais que dire de la directrice financière Marianne ! Une fille brillante , empathique , patiente , très dévouée (elle a fait une partie du boulot de chez elle pour satisfaire mes horaires atypiques), elle est pétillante et possède une répartie hors du commun . Jamais me faire vendre des assurances n'aura été aussi plaisant !!
