We sold our house in Springfield, NJ while being represented by Anne and her team. It was not an easy sell and the help from Anne was absolutely crucial. We’ve been in constant communication with her and our questions were answered promptly. She handed the negotiations with the buyer’s side, consulted and advised us. No communication! I reached out last year, around this time , to get a Will and some other things drawn up. At first, communication was great and was pleased by the reviews. Completed the paper work , which was tedious as expected and submitted what was asked . I would ask for an update every other month or so to see where we were in the process.
