Dr Carrasco was very helpful to transform my smile! Everyone in the office is very generous and kind to their patients. From a hidden smile to a happy bright smile, this has been the best dentist I’ve had !
Man .. They are not flexible here. I've been with them for years. I woke up today with illness symptoms and tried to reschedule my appointment that was supposed to be for 4pm today and they wanted to charge me a $75 cancelation fee. Again, I was not straight up canceling, i was ready to reschedule for a different day. I asked if there was a way for them to waive the fee, since I've never canceled before, and she said that I can only reschedule for a morning appointment and not afternoon. My 1st visit Dr Carrasco quickly looked in my mouth and pointed that I had several cavities and offered me something for gingivitis. I did my regular 6 month cleanings for 2 years, never mentioned the cavities. This did not make sense. My last visit he had me sign something he stated was to confirm I had no cavities. I was not given a copy. The staff was nice. He also was ok, but the things I mentioned did not seem right nor professional.
