Without question Carrara is the best treatment center I have ever been to. The people are just so caring. My therapist really helped me get through behaviors that were harming me and replace them with positive behavior that have brought joy into my life. I went to CArrara a few months ago, for work exaustion, and anxiety. I can honestly say that my life is better now. The counselors there, enouraged me to set more work life boundaries, and the breathing exercises from Nikki helped me to gain control of my situation, to where I am able to sleep again. I normally live an unstructured life, and the structure that I found there, will allow me to live longer, without burning myselff out. I highly recommend Carrara. The food alone is world class.
