Not Happy ! I was 10 mins late because of a real situation. I called and they said as long as i'm there by 3;30 Ill be fine. I showed up at 3:25 to be met with a dirty look from the installer. Apparently they end their day at 3;30 . My truck was in and out of the shop in 12 mins at the most. I crawled under to see how they did when I got home. They missed several spots on the frame and definitely only hit some of the holes in the frame. Very sad that quality of work means less than getting out 10 mins late . ... read more
