Most inept contractors I've ever worked with. Can't even paint right. Also took the extra paint home with them, which I paid for. Completely forgot to remove and ENTIRE WALL of damaged drywall. Painted over bubbling, damaged trim rather than replacing it like insurance told them to. Never on time, damaged several personal items, used my household vacuum to clean up drywall dust and ruined it. DON'T EVER HIRE THEM!

Worst possible experience in my life. Was told that they had everything under control and was collecting supplies for the repairs to my home and that work would begin as soon as my Insurance company would approve their quote. After 7 weeks of being lied to by Carrara my insurance company contacted Carrara to find out when the work would start.
