I am the Owner of Express Employment Professionals in Columbus, OH. I provided associates to Carrara Companies. Carrara stopped paying their invoices and now owe my company over 100,000$. They also hired on my associates, which is a breach of contract as their invoices must be current. I have now had to retain an attorney and file in Common Pleas Court in order to recoup my money. Justin S***** and his employees will not return any phone calls or emails regarding this issue.
How can a reputable company not get permits? On 5 April 2017 I suffered a house fire to my du-plex that resulted in Carrara being called by the fire department to secure my home. At that time when I've got one daughter that had to go to the Hospital, and having to find shelter for my 10-member family, I was introduced to Bryce F******* that promised my entire family as we're standing outside in the cold that his company could repair all in three months. Came out at 11 pm on a Sunday to tarp my roof after trees damaged it. Did an excellent job.
When Carrara's people came to assess fire damage to our home they were informed that it would be difficult, if not impossible to vacate the house because of our pets. One of us had to stay here with them, since we had more than could be taken to a hotel or other lodgings. Throughout the claim they have been aware that my sister and our pets remained in residence. We are sorry for the loss of life of the client's dog. It is certainly a terrible thing and our team is very sad about it. That being said it does not change the facts. The client has "excessive contents" in their home. Carrara agreed to take on the job if the client found housing for themselves and the 2 dogs, 10 cats and 1 snake (not caged).
