Initial quote and install were great. We had gutters installed on our new build this summer. We had our first rain last week. Upon install we questioned a down spout and were told it would be fine and shown where the water would go. During the first rain we not only flooded our yard but our neighbors and got a swimming pool. I have had a balcony and patio done with this company. From start to finish a very bad experience. I had the work done in November of this year and it has been leaking and cracking in various places. Trying to get a hold of somebody to even return my phone calls is hard enough but trying to get them to come out to repair it is another story. They've been out 2x in the past 8 months to try and fix the leaks. Worst company and I am surprised they are even still in business!!!
