I'm on vacation and the food here was phenomenal, but the waitress I had was pretty rude, I would say thank you and asked her for stuff nicely and she would never answer me and even behind me the table she treated them the same way, but there where was a guy at the bar and she was talking to him and was friendly to him and gave him excellent service, she kept leaving dirty dishes at the end of our table, even the manager wasn't helping even tho he could i know its not his job to help but she was struggling instead he sat and... read more
The food was great but I noticed that the employees were not the best. The manager spent his time ignoring the environment and watching TV instead, and the waitress was not very respectful, the service quality felt distasteful.

I'll be honest, had never been to a Carrabba's and certainly wasn't expecting much... Atmosphere and service was decent, but for someone who never seeks out Italian food (my father's birthday dinner BTW), I was pleasantly surprised!! Bread 'n herb oil was tasty, the house salad with the peppers and olives was great, and absolutely loved my entree, the filet & shrimp Toscana. Great meal. We'll definitely be back 👌
