Carrabba’s is one of the most highly rated Italian restaurants in Fort Collins area, we went there on a weekend for linch. As expected their services were great, staffs are friendly and helpful. The food was cooked in the open kitchen. Quality and quantity they serve is really good. We ordered Pasta, salads and a chicken entree, we liked each one of them. The ambience was great as well, the bar area has some high stools and serve great wines and different varieties of wine. We liked our experience and highly recommend.
WOWZA! Where to start… it’s 80+ degrees in the restaurant which explains the high temps in the staff! Hot red wine…? when I asked I was told there was no cooling. Food is NOT 4 star! I know it’s not Olive Garden but… if there was one within 10 miles this place would be out of business. Frozen peas and mushy mushrooms on dry Alfredo pasta with boiled chicken breast is their rendering of “chicken Alfredo” there is no Alfredo sauce it was very dry and after multiple attempts got Alfredo sauce, which was watery butter and milk… ... read more
