Carrabba's Italian Grill was founded in Houston, TX by Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola in December of 1986, who set out to create a restaurant experience where people felt like guests in their home. Both Johnny and Damian belong to one of Houston's most successful restaurant families, and many of the recipes on our menu are those of Damian's mother Grace and sister Rose. Damian travels the world in search of the best ingredients and most unique Italian dishes so Carrabba's food tastes authentic and delicious.Â

Ate here tonight and was some what disappointed w the food but the service was amazing. Our waitress was a little blonde w a booming voice and was just so amazing. She made sure we had everything we could ask for and w a wit that was so great.. She wanted to make sure we were happy and had all we need w stories of herself and interested in our stories. She is truly the only reason we will return. A great person who truly cares.🌺Â
