I've been there several times and always order the Alfredo Carrabba, tonight I did the same but for 1st time sent it back because it was cold and the sauce was very runny. the manager went above and beyond to make it right!! I will go back because I know as a general rule the food is delicious.
Friendly staff our server was outstanding It was a bit hectic tonight because a lot of people showed up at the same time but they handled it very good and the food was fantastic as usual I’m not easy to please👍🏽 good job!
wow a few mistakes were done. Called to advise manager and Tier went absolutely above and beyond to make it up. IAM so impressed with the customer service and her professional way. This has always been my favorite restaurant for many reasons and don't ever have issues. Tier's customer service and deliverance was AMAZING
If this were my 1st time here I wouldn't reccomend it. We were there 2 hours and most of it was waiting or sending our food back. Any other time we had great service here.
mussels were cold and so was the pasta. no salad so told us to choose a side instead in replace of the salad then charged us extra for the sides. finally got them to take that upcharge off. 105 bucks later for that. Oh and my daughter wanted spegghitt and meatballs and instead they brought chicken parm. I won't be back.
As always the service was excellent. Husband had the Tuscan pork chop, perfectly prepared as was my Tuscan sirloin. my only complaint was the garlic mashed potatoes. There was way to much garlic making it butter. Will go again.
