We were seated in the bar area with our 11 yr old. It smelled like we were in a garbage dump literally. The food was subpar. The calamari wasn't good. I had spaghetti w/meatballs I didn't like it and left over half. My wife had the steak she said it was good. My 11 yr old had the chicken Alfredo he couldn't eat it it was very dry almost no Alfredo. Absolute best experience we have ever had at a Carrabbas. We always sit in the bar, and Jayson provided an outstanding service experience. Carrabbas should elevate him to a trainer so he can teach others how to do it right!
There were positives and negatives about our experience at Carrabas in St Augustine. When we arrived there were two people standing at the host stand and they didn’t welcome us in or say anything to us. The younger kid just stared at the menus he was holding and looked uncomfortable. Everything was wonderful! Kaitlin was our server. She was very attentive. She went above and beyond to make our anniversary experience memorable. She was awesome! The food was delicious and the wine choices were great! Highly recommend.
