Had a nice dinner, but upon visiting the ladies restroom before leaving found it to be disgusting with strong urine smell. There is no reason for a restaurant bathroom to be this repugnant!
First they mess up my curbside order, which I had to go in and pick up because nobody would bring it and it was just sitting on a table, had to wait for rest of items missing. I was told 15 mins. It’s 35 minutes now and still here sitting waiting. Horrible service, and the girls are not even friendly, they lack good costumer service.

We used to love Carrabba's. The past 2 years it has really gone downhill. We went back last night hoping things had improved...no such luck. We give up! We were wondering why there was no one there on a Friday night...now we know! Too bad! No one responds...so there is the evidence of lack of concern on their part.
I went yesterday and the service was very slow and it wasn’t crowded. The food was horrible.. It was served luke warm, looked and tasted like something u could find at Sams Club!! Save Your Money Ppl. And the service sucked. Olive Garden should give pasta classes! The Bread and water was the best thing I had.
