We initially rented a dedicated desk in a quiet 3-desk room, but shortly after moving in, management relocated us to a crowded 10-desk room without prior agreement. This was not the space we were shown or promised. Unfortunately, when we asked to cancel the contract, they refused, even though the environment had completely changed. Very disappointing experience, transparency and respect for agreements should be a priority in a co-working space.
Love Carr Workplaces. I was a tenant at one location for @ 10 years and a tenant at another location for @ 3 years (no complaints).
