My experience with the service department has been utterly disappointing. Our GMC vehicle was recalled over a year ago due to airbag issues, and since then, my wife and I have contacted the department nearly ten times. On most occasions, calls have gone unanswered, and voicemails have never been returned. Kenneth Guttig and the technicians went above and beyond to repair my truck. Brought my Sierra in for a radiator replacement because another gmc dealership (Beaverton gmc) could not find a coolant leak, but I crawled under and found it myself and took it to Ken. He ordered parts before my appointment and got the vehicle done in a fast manner, even replaced my water pump because they saw it starting to seep. Would highly recommend. This is the best experience I have had with a GMC service department so far.
