We brought our vehicle in for something that needed to be replaced by the manufacturer. While our car was being serviced they found some additional recalls and addressed those issues as well! They were extremely thorough! Ken was over the top awesome! He was kind, efficient and gave us timely updates/expectations for our vehicle!
My experience with the service department has been utterly disappointing. Our GMC vehicle was recalled over a year ago due to airbag issues, and since then, my wife and I have contacted the department nearly ten times. On most occasions, calls have gone unanswered, and voicemails have never been returned. The first time I was able to speak with someone, I was informed that I would need to wait for parts to be manufactured, and that I would receive a follow-up letter when it was time to schedule the repair.
