Had the flexible ductwork that we needed. Called to verify was in stock and went and picked up easy as that.
Always have what I need
Had a softner i bought from there go down. An associate told me he'd come look at the unit, said he'd call me back that afternoon. Four days later. Nothing. Another associate of his even called him when i came in for a water test to make sure he'd contact me. Guess ill go elsewhere from now on. Don't appreciate being ignored or lied to.
