I have been using this company for many many years probably over 20 years always reliable always on time professional and very fair priced Would recommend them very highly I recently just had a ring replaced under my toilet and some grout fixed. My tub stopper chaine broke, carr come ,hi toll guy your here let remplace all knob, he ask me is anything wrong with knob, hi toll him no ,so you don’t need to remplace theme ,he remouve the broken chained stopper and say go to dollars store and get a tub stopper, water drain from tub Surprise come in invoice $198 dollars for 5 minutes work He should have toll me is hourly rate first and hi could have made a desition at this time. Hi use theme before but now will deside to use theme again
