Used her services in 2020 Landlord Tenant dispute. Left issue of maintenance and grass cutting unsolved and gave advice that it should be written as a separate contract which would make me an employee of my landlord. The advice given to have a separate contract proved to be incorrect according to the advice of another paralegal I do not recommend the services of this paralegal who I feel is unqualified to handle landlord tenant disputes.
