Amazing service - I ordered some materials for work and they arrived in record time, in the morning only two days after I initially placed the order. Our business is in the GTA (Hamilton) so somewhat close which may have been a factor, but I was still very much pleasantly surprised by such quick service.
Customer service and quality from Carr McLean have dramatically dropped. Orders take several months to arrive, with no tracking information indicating reasoning. Quotes are given, but charges do not match the quotes. Finally, when the items arrive, the delivery people state that they are not going to drop the pallet full of items in the building, but rather, they'll just leave it in your parking lot. This is exceedingly disappointing given that shipping charges are high.
