I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Carr. She is beyond knowledgeable and truly takes a whole-body approach to healing. I see her for visceral massage to help manage my chronic SIBO, and every session leaves me feeling not only physically better, but also incredibly at peace. I’ve been going to Erin for nearly 2 years. I found her through a referral from a doctor, and I was a bit skeptical at first, because I’d had bad experiences at about 3 different PT clinics. They would always simply guide me through some exercises that they seemed to read off a handbook to make my particular pain better, but it didn’t help that the pain was so unbearable that I couldn’t even do the exercises to begin with. Dr. Carr is a fantastic PT. She helped me recover from a fractured pelvis and sacrum and educated me along the way in better ways to improve my conditioning, flexibility and balance. I found the experience invaluable, and it lived up to offering the "beyond" to integrative PT.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Erin Carr. She is truly an expert in her field. Dr. Carr’s high level of knowledge and her ability to explain each exercise with patience and kindness helped me through a very challenging recovery from an injury. Several of my family members have benefitted from working with Dr. Carr as well. We are all grateful to be in her care.
Dr. Carr is an incredible holistic practitioner who addresses your concerns with compassion and an expert understanding of the body. She found the root cause of my chronic neck pain and has brought me so much relief with both in-office bodywork and the exercises and practices she prescribes. I always leave her office feeling 10x better than when I came in. She is a gem!!
