Tom was a great help when I brought my 335D in. Not only is he easy to talk too but he makes you feel at home. They did great work and will help you out if anything comes else comes up. Highly recommend.

One time, i was driving my bmw and wrecked it off of a bridge, and it sank a half mile under water. Carr industries came out and retrieved my vehicle from the ocean floor and restored it back to working order. well, not really, but they did manage to replace the clutch and salvage the flywheel off of my 250-300,000 mile bmw, and thats just as impressive! seriously, if it werent for them helping me source parts, giving me great advice and networking, i wouldnt be able to afford my obsession that is european cars. if youre tir... read more
I would not trust anywhere else in the entire state to work on my BMW other than Carr!
Very thankful I found Carr Industries. Dropped something in my vent that I needed out. Called 8 service places before one offered anything other than removing my dash. He used his scope and claw and was able to save me tons of money. Very helpful and I will definitely use him again.
Just got my 99 540i back from Carr industries today for some engine work. Vehicle is running better than ever. Tom and the crew are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They went over all the work they did and also gave me some useful information. I would recommend them to anyone that has a bmw
