I was just there yesterday. They worked me in bc I had a problem. The front office staff was amazing working me in. The doctor called in a drop on Thursday and asked me to come in Friday. He did a thorough examination and gave me another drop. So very glad he is my eye doctor!
Dr. Carr's office called today and canceled my son's appointment for tomorrow. The office staff then put Dr. Carr on the phone, and he screamed at me, told me that I wrote him a bad review ( which I have no idea what he was talking about, and he refused to tell me about it), he screamed repeatedly and said: " I will not discuss this further." I asked for a refund for my son's glasses, and his reply was, " I will have my office staff call you and discuss whatever refund you feel you deserve." I said, "OK, but again, I don't k... read more
He is a very good man he's a people person who cares about his patience and he's very good at what he does he treats my Parkinson's disease for my eyes and he watches them closely and he is very good staff all friendly excellent but you can Stars 10
