They are now our electrician(s) of choice. Excellent and knowledgeable staff with positive attitudes, who actually listen to you. We had a couple of electrical faults in lighting and equipment circuits in the basement of our building. They back traced and repaired the issues quickly. They were not easy problems to solve. They also came back exactly when they said they would to complete another piece of the project, after recommending the specific fixtures and controls to complete the work. Greg & Parker are both very responsible technicians. They called to announce their arrival time. They were timely and thorough in their inspection of both the indoor and outdoor units. They both were very respectful of our property wearing foot covers when coming through the house and making sure gates were closed and locked when coming through the backyard. We have utilized Carr Electric for our preventative maintenance for the past 11 years and have been very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them.
