Greg & Parker are both very responsible technicians. They called to announce their arrival time. They were timely and thorough in their inspection of both the indoor and outdoor units. They both were very respectful of our property wearing foot covers when coming through the house and making sure gates were closed and locked when coming through the backyard. We have utilized Carr Electric for our preventative maintenance for the past 11 years and have been very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them.
Carr Electric installed our HVAC system three years ago. We rely on them with our semi-annual system maintenance plan. Paul and Preston performed a thorough furnace cleaning and inspection, insuring our comfort throughout the cold Winter months. Mike came in the early Spring to test and clean our outdoor air conditioning system to cover our needs for cooling in hot, humid Cincinnati. The Technicians are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service of Carr Electric.
