Terrible experience. No one answers their phones, can't leave a message and no one returns emails . I don't know how this company went down hill - but their is no customer service and I would highly suggest avoiding having anything to do with company.

A Pleasurable Experience – I had the pleasure of dealing with Carr Business Systems and their wonderful sales rep Zach Lanksbury. Upon first meeting with Zach he proved to be extremely knowledgeable about both the products that his company sells and about equipment and service reputations of his competitors. At first we were going to move forward with a more advanced high-tech product but were then informed by Zach that this machine was overkill for what our needs were. BUYER BEWARE – I AM ON DAY 2 OF WAITING TO HAVE A SERVICE TECH CALL ME.. NOT COME HERE.. JUST CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME HERE.. I CANT RUN MY OFFICE LIKE THIS... I WAS TOLD WHEN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT THAT YOU GET SERVICE EITHER THAT DAY OR THE NEXT AT THE VERY LATEST..... I SHOULD HAVE RESEARCED BETTER.... ANYBODY GOT ANY CARBON PAPER???? AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS UP... THIS COPIER IS GONE....

Uggggh office equipment – I was told by my managing partner to shop around for office equipment. I was a little lost and contacted Carr Business Systems and was introduced to Zach Lanksbury. Zach was great he gave me information on his competitors and his own product. In the end I went with his product although it was slightly higher because of the ease I felt I was dealt with. I then sent my friend to him and he encouraged her to go with one of his competitors which I thought was impressive. If you call there definately ask... read more
