Absolutely incredible service. My engine light came on at the worst possible time and I was near Carr Automative. I contacted them and was immediately able to drive up and find out how urgent the light was. Mel and Kevin were so kind and helpful, they had my car sorted and back on the road in no time at all. Kevin even explained the cause to me so I understood, I cannot recommend them enough for your automotive needs!

I had a fuel lid on my car that wasn’t opening. Kevin fit me in to have a quick look and diagnosed a loose cable after accessing from inside the boot of my car. Fixed for me in about 5 mins. I was happy to pay but I wasn’t charged. Great service. I’ll be returning the next time I have any car issues or need a service.

I can't thank Kevin and his wife enough for putting my mind at ease with regard to my car. I had been provided a quote for work to be done on my car by another car mechanic service and it transpired that the work they had suggested elsewhere did not need to be done at this point and in a couple of cases not at all. It is great to go to a garage where they value integrity and doing the right thing by their customer. Kev and Mel Carr care for both the car and the owner. They fixed my car's problems, and offered me lifts back home when dropping off my vehicle in the storm season. One problem required a part, and they communicated in a timely fashion, finding and replacing that part, and good value too.
