I started with Carr Agency 15 years ago when we bought our small farm. We use Carr Agency for auto and homeowners insurance. We have had zero concerns. The staff is pleasant and always responsive to questions on a timely basis.
Rachel was a great help with all my questions and concerns, helped me through a difficult time understanding my home owners policy and coverage. I have been a customer for over 20 years and look forward to many more years of great customer service.
I called for a home owners quote. The lady asked for the names of my minor children. When I asked why she said we list all occupants. WTH? NO ONE else I called ever asked that! I can't think of any reason children's names would ever determine my insurability. Yea, no thank you. Next agency on the list....
