I went last week to buy a part for my car, when I arrived I showed the part (a bolt) to the guy at the front desk he went to the back to ask the supervisor, the supervisor told him in French it was not worth the time to go and look for that part, he thought I did not understand French but I do. I told the supervisor that with that attitude he would loose clients and he only smiled and said nothing. If he doesn't want to work there that is his problem.
