I asked about renting a bearing remover over the phone. The customer service representative said they lend the tool for free. All I had to do was leave a credit card. When I arrived a different representative assisted me. I asked him about the tool and the agreement. He did not want to rent me the tool. He also insisted that I was using the wrong tool and that that specific tool would not work. I felt as though he just didn't want to lend it to me after he saw me.
