..... posed a question about a warranty on a part .... the girl said, "let me get back to you on that" .... 1 week later .... no follow up phone call .... called back after another week, to speak to the same employee, who STILL never called me back ... and she just said, "sorry i've been busy" ... this happened multiple times in a 2 1/2 week period .... during the last follow up follow to voice my concerns, she passed along to the phone to .... super "manager" Tucker !!! .... nice ... the Tuckster then proceeds to conduct hi... read more
