I was visiting the area on vacation when my alternator failed. I called and the staff were all exceptionally helpful. Knowing I was some distance from their shop, they not only searched their computer for my part, but also went to the storeroom and verified it was on the shelf so I wouldn’t waste a trip. My family became stranded with a dead battery at KOA in Etna, WY (see the review). I contacted this store and spoke with Jeff. We were visiting this beautiful area camping for 4 nites at a KOA in Etna, WY.. My battery died and realizing it was 5 yrs old and needed a new battery, we were at the right place for help.
