I received a recommendation for this auto shop for maintenance on my vehicle, and my experience was largely positive. The staff were professional and courteous, taking the time to understand my service needs. Upon picking up my vehicle, the customer service team provided a thorough explanation of the services performed, which I appreciated. The pricing for the services seemed reasonable as well. I left feeling satisfied.
I had scheduled an appointment for my husbands truck to get a leveling kit and an alignment. Mind you they had to schedule me a week out. When I showed up to drop off the truck they said due to me being twenty minutes after 8am to DROP OFF the truck and leave it all day, they said I would have to reschedule. I don’t understand how I can be twenty minutes past 8am by DROPPING IT OFF ALL DAY and I have to reschedule. Especially when the man told me that they open at 8 and to drop it off around that time!!! I had an appointment scheduled to drop my truck off around 8 and they would get to it when they can. Got there @8:15 and I was told they didn’t have time to work on my truck. Terrible service!!
