I had scheduled an appointment for my husbands truck to get a leveling kit and an alignment. Mind you they had to schedule me a week out. When I showed up to drop off the truck they said due to me being twenty minutes after 8am to DROP OFF the truck and leave it all day, they said I would have to reschedule. I don’t understand how I can be twenty minutes past 8am by DROPPING IT OFF ALL DAY and I have to reschedule. Especially when the man told me that they open at 8 and to drop it off around that time!!! I had an appointment scheduled to drop my truck off around 8 and they would get to it when they can. Got there @8:15 and I was told they didn’t have time to work on my truck. Terrible service!!
I don’t know about Turner auto parts and their reputation for selling car parts. But I do know this, Turner auto parts as an employee that drives their truck like no one else exists. If a person slides over to the left and lets you merge onto the highway from an exit Why in the world would you shadow that person in their blind spot preventing them from returning to the right lane, no good deed goes unpunished.
