Had a signed contract for the purchase of the building and he's trying to back out because someone offered him more. Lis pendens has been filed that may effect future buyer. Not trustworthy, no honor, does not keep his word. Months later they are claiming they can't find the deposit and that justifies it, however if you lost it that's on you and the contract clearly states if there was an issue with the deposit I should have been "notified in writing prior to the close date" not 2 months later as an excuse to back out to ano... read more
