We came in the shop first opened because our alternator had went out. The people were very friendly and placed an order for the part. They said the part would arrive by noon. They called me at 12:15 and the truck was already fixed. They even gave me a ride to the hotel and were willing to pick me back up, when the vehicle was complete. Top-notch service!
We broke down in Clayton a few hours ago on our way to see family in Co. while they didn’t have the parts to help us, they referred us to a place in the closest town, gave us a tow truck number and called a shuttle to arrange for us to be transported to the dealership. They went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful!
Me, my husband, and our two sons (2 yrs old & 3 yrs old) were traveling to Colorado when we started having car trouble and broke down in Clayton, NM. Mr. McClure and his wife were so amazing. On April 9th me & my husband were on our way to Colorado to visit our daughter, son in law & grandkids when we had car trouble we stopped at McClure’s & they immediately came to our help they stay open late for us so they can put a rush on the part that our car needed & making sure it would be delivered the next day.
