According to RYOBI's website, these folks are a certified repair depot. Called and spoke with "MANNY", and rather than charge me an inspection fee (non-refundable unless they did work) he investigated to see if a particular unit had parts available - and there ARE NONE! He did offer a refurbed unit if I wanted to go that route (TBD right now, if my BFF wants me to get it for her, there will be a sale!), but rather than just scoop some cash and "follow procedure" he saved me some pretty substantial coin. Owner is very nice and very professional! Absolutely recommend it!
Not particularly impressed at the moment. They had called earlier in the week to tell me my lawnmower was repaired and ready for pickup. I told them I’d have to come Saturday as their weekday hours aren’t open late enough for me to get there before they close (travelling from Wallaceburg). I made it by 1:10pm on Saturday and they are CLOSED. Thanks for wasting my valuable time and money. Not impressed. You knew I was coming!!! You couldn’t have called to let me know???
Front desk workers and driver John had great customer service every time I’ve been in the store. Employees are very knowledgeable and got my items quickly.
Absolutely the worst communication / worst front desk person possible. Snaps when you ask her Any questions… who do we ask? You’re the point of contact! You should quit your job. No concept of how to talk with customers.
