Broke down in a new RV and met Leonard who really went out of his way to assist us! It was a HOT day! He sat out in the heat with us running his computer to help figure out what was going on with our rig. He was able to provide more info than we expected which was a huge help. He peaked under the hood and noticed a hose had came loose which he helped fix then ran systems and got us back on the road.
