As I arrived in Frostburg this afternoon, my headlight went out. I didn’t want to drive two hours back home later, in the dark, with one headlight. I stopped here about 20 minutes before closing and the employee on duty not only looked up the right headlight and sold it to me (which was what I expected), but also installed the new headlight for me! I was on my way within minutes with two good headlights. The great service was very much appreciated!!
So thankful for Zach who helped us in a pinch when my car broke down on a trip that landed us unexpectedly in Frostburg. He was so kind to take time to help us diagnose what the issue was, let us know the timing of when this auto part store opened and put our mind to ease. Then when we came in, Jaret took great care of us, rushed to get the part we needed and loaned us the tools to change our coil in my car. After rupturing a hydraulic hose on my track loader while working at my son's home in Frostburg, I did a quick search for shops who could make us a replacement. Realizing it was 5:45 PM and this shop closed at 6PM, I was certain the project would have to wait until the next day to finish. Needing a larger wrench to remove the hose, I made a beeline to the shop to purchase a wrench so I could at least remove the hose and be ready have a new hose produced in the morning.
