The staff i've known them for years off and on as they've come and gone and retired. They're always a good bunch of guys, and gals work there. Aways helpful, they'll go the extra mile to see that you're taken care of. Helpful and willing to give you pointers that might help. Hometown.customer service makes a good community great. If you're local, they'll take good care of you.
Have a commercial account here, if you're a few days late on your billing, I cranky lady calls you up and demands payment. I will be opening a new account with the new O'Reilly in Mount pleasant. The counter help is always good to work with. My only problem is the mean old lady that calls me up in a mean voice and demands their money. I was having a really bad day because of a dead battery. The feller there tested the battery, sold me a new one and even installed it for me. I was and am SO grateful for his time and service.
