Not a good experience! No communication whatsoever unless we called or made a trip in to see what was happening with our vehicle, even tho we were told they would let us know. They told us they couldn’t find the part and we should let them scrap it only to find out when we were picking up the key that they had actually found the part in Canada and instead of asking us, they decided not to give us that information. they have saved my bacon numerous times including some really difficult tows.
Was on a big cross country road trip, car trouble. Dennis Jr, Josh and Phil fit me in when they were very busy. Got me back on the road!
Try napa first , these guys will keep your vehicle forever over changing a car battery , will not use again..
