According to RYOBI's website, these folks are a certified repair depot. Called and spoke with "MANNY", and rather than charge me an inspection fee (non-refundable unless they did work) he investigated to see if a particular unit had parts available - and there ARE NONE! He did offer a refurbed unit if I wanted to go that route (TBD right now, if my BFF wants me to get it for her, there will be a sale!), but rather than just scoop some cash and "follow procedure" he saved me some pretty substantial coin.
