I wanted to express my appreciation to, Alec. He was able to get a part for my SUV that the local dealership said wasn't available and couldn't be fixed. I wasn't willing to give up on my SUV that only had 55,660 miles on it so I did a lot of calling and thanks to a referral from Chris at Black's Tire service I was put in contact with Alec at Carquest.
