I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves mention. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive when my elderly father-in-law purchased a battery that turned out to be completely unsuitable for his equipment. The item was never used, yet when we tried to return it the next day, the owner flatly refused to take it back or even have a reasonable conversation about it. My #1 go to part store. Greg and Jason are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This place usually has the parts I need on hand or can get them in a jiffy.
Had to price check everything because I was told the display prices were wrong. Some were cheaper.
