Long story, but I was sent to the Advance store on the South side of La Crosse by my husband to pick up brake pads he had ordered the night before. Got to the store and found it to be closed due to staffing shortages. I contacted the store in Onalaska to see if they could process the order instead. They did everything they could to help me. They were patient and contacted customer service for me to have the order cancelled.
